Ali's approach to yoga is relaxed, accessible and grounded. Teaching first and foremost to allow her students to find a sense of joy and aliveness within themselves.
Her classes are a mixture of hatha and vinyasa, focusing on traditional alignment, embodied movement and functionality. We create a physical challenge and build on an inner strength, with the intention to learn, explore and discover.

"Hi my name is Suzanne (or Suze). I am a mother, an avid book lover (you should see my book shelf!) and I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years.
With a background in dance, I have always loved the physical and mental benefits of combining music with movement. Dancing was my stress reliever and happy place! After an injury limited my dancing, I looked for a similar outlet and found yoga. I loved that it was low impact but also a great workout for the whole body, mind and soul. I felt lighter, stronger, fitter, calmer and happier the more that I practiced.
When life lead me down a corporate path, I found myself turning to yoga more often to unwind the mental and physical stresses of the day. I was amazed at the difference in how I felt at the start of class to how I felt at the end. So much so that I realised I wanted to dive deeper into the magic of yoga and share the benefits with others through teaching. I started my yoga teaching journey by completing children's yoga teacher training along with children's yoga therapy as I have always loved working with children and being a parent myself. I then took another leap of faith and completed training in power vinyasa and yin yoga styles so I could share the benefits of yoga with adults as well as children.

Suze now teaches private and public classes for beginners through to intermediate practitioners and loves sharing all that she has learnt along the way. In Suze's classes she provides an energising yoga workout for the whole body tailored to music, gentle stretching to unwind tension and stress followed by meditation and deep relaxation to cultivate a sense of peace and calm in your day. She aims to leave you feeling energised but also relaxed for your weekend ahead.
This talented yoga instructor strives to empower her students so they can find what feels good for them in our classes, and shine their own light through the power of yoga. She believes that it's not about finding the perfect pose but meeting ourselves where we are at and exploring what we find along the way. Yoga is for everybody. You don’t have to be fit, flexible or have the latest yoga gear to reap the benefits. Everybody is welcome!
